The provision of servicing and maintenance of lifts in domestic dwellings. Including responsive repairs. Service delivery is anticipated to commence on 14 October 2024 for an initial period of 2 years to 14 October 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance, Moat will have the option to extend for additional periods of up to three further years, unless the Contract ends or is terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The total maximum contract term, including possible extensions, is five (5) years.

Renewal: Service delivery is anticipated to commence on 14 October 2024 for an initial period of 2 years to 14 October 2026.
