The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights Explanation: The contract is awarded under Regulation 32 (2)(b)(iii) Sole Source Exclusive Rights as the contractor developed the technological infrastructure installed on these CSUs and holds the IPR, source code and unique configuration for the installed systems. Based on our current systems and technological infrastructure there is no alternative route to market.
