Notice Description

The purpose of this procurement is to source a managed service to supply temporary agency and interim staffing. Staffordshire County Council is one of the largest employers in the county, employing around 6800 people. The Council makes significant use of Temporary and Interim Human Resources as they offer vital resource for the County Council. Temporary staffing forms a valuable, highly flexible key resource to assist the Council in delivering services. The managed service's purpose is to mitigate these risks and provide a complete service in sourcing temporary HR, performing the necessary compliance checks and to provide SCC with robust MI.
