Notice Description
The aim of this requirement is to support South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM) service users, who no longer need to be in hospital to take the next step in their recovery whilst they await their home, placement or care package to be ready. The requirement is required across all 4 boroughs the Authority Serves, Lot 1 Croydon (10 beds), Lot 2 Lambeth (10 beds), Lot 3 Lewisham (5 beds) and Lot 4 Southwark (5 beds) and accommodation presence will be required in all boroughs.<br/>This requirement is split into 4 lots, one for each borough.
Lot Information
Lot 1 Croydon
The aim of this requirement is to support South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM) service users, who no longer need to be in hospital to take the next step in their recovery whilst they await their home, placement or care package to be ready. The requirement is required across all 4 boroughs the Authority Serves, Lot 1 Croydon (10 beds), Lot 2 Lambeth (10 beds), Lot 3 Lewisham (5 beds) and Lot 4 Southwark (5 beds) and accommodation presence will be required in all boroughs. This notice serves an intention to award a Lot 1 contract under the competitive process and the approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS2,343,482.00.
This is a new service under Lot 1, provided by a newly selected provider. The services are intended to be delivered between 30 December 2024 and 29 December 2029.
Options: The actual contract duration is 3 years with an option to extend for 2 additional periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory price and performance.
Lot 2 LambethThe aim of this requirement is to support South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM) service users, who no longer need to be in hospital to take the next step in their recovery whilst they await their home, placement or care package to be ready. The requirement is required across all 4 boroughs the Authority Serves, Lot 1 Croydon (10 beds), Lot 2 Lambeth (10 beds), Lot 3 Lewisham (5 beds) and Lot 4 Southwark (5 beds) and accommodation presence will be required in all boroughs. This notice serves an intention to award a Lot 2 contract under the competitive process and the approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS2,385,530.00.

Lot 3 LewishamThe aim of this requirement is to support South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM) service users, who no longer need to be in hospital to take the next step in their recovery whilst they await their home, placement or care package to be ready. The requirement is required across all 4 boroughs the Authority Serves, Lot 1 Croydon (10 beds), Lot 2 Lambeth (10 beds), Lot 3 Lewisham (5 beds) and Lot 4 Southwark (5 beds) and accommodation presence will be required in all boroughs. This notice serves an intention to award a Lot 3 contract under the competitive process and the approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS1,192,765.00.

The requirement is required across all 4 boroughs the Authority Serves, Lot 1 Croydon (10 beds), Lot 2 Lambeth (10 beds), Lot 3 Lewisham (5 beds) and Lot 4 Southwark (5 beds) and accommodation presence will be required in all boroughs. This notice serves an intention to award a Lot 4 contract under the competitive process and the approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS1,171,832.00.
