Notice Description

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has awarded a contract to a single supplier to provide Strategic Development Advice. The 4 year contract has a start date of 01/10/2024 and end date of 30/09/2028.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The value used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated total value over the maximum duration of 4 years. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: In accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, HIE reserves the right to make changes to the volume or scope of the Services to be supplied under the Framework, particularly with regard to demand and budgetary availability or where HIE's strategic focus changes as a result of changes in Scottish Government policy or as a result of a direction given to them by the Scottish Government. This may result in amendments to requirements under the Framework, including but not limited to: - reduction/ removal of Services, e.g., HIE actioning more of the services or elements of the services themselves - the addition of similar Services - increasing the volume of Services

Renewal: The framework will be awarded for a period of 4 years.
