    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to contract award notice under the Direct Award Process C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the eight working days standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 28 June 2024 (8 working days following the publication of intention to award notice). This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice services as an intention to award under the PSR. There has not been any declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of any individuals making the decision to award this contract. Approval to award the contract has been made by: Peter Roderick - Director of Public Health City of York Council. The Key Criteria and associated evaluation weightings, and associated rationale that were used for the evaluation of provider assessments that are the basis for the decision to award the contract are listed below: Quality and innovation - 20%. Value for Money - 20%. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability - 25% Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice - 25% Social value - 10% The Public Health service assessment panel carried out assessments against the key criteria (detailed above) using information and evidence from a range of sources, as well as their own knowledge and experience of working with the provider. The assessment score for Nimbuscare Ltd gave Public Health service colleagues confidence that the provider will be able to deliver the requirements of the contract.",
