Summary of the contracting process

The Bristol City Council is planning a tender process for the G&R/CEN/Hard FM Contract 2025 in the services category, focused on repair and maintenance services. The council is organising a supplier information event to engage potential bidders ahead of the formal Invitation to Tender, with the event scheduled for July 11, 2024. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend to understand the requirements and the planned procurement process. The formal Invitation to Tender is expected to be launched in September 2024.

This tender opportunity from Bristol City Council offers a chance for businesses providing Hard Facilities Management (FM) services to compete. Companies in the repair and maintenance services industry, especially those with experience in FM contracts, would be well-suited to participate in this procurement process. The event aims to provide early insights to the market regarding the scope of requirements, allowing businesses to evaluate their capacity and capability to deliver the services outlined by the council.
