The Council is seeking to acquire and/or refurbish in the region of 108-118 housing units within the Hastings borough for use as emergency, temporary and move-on accommodation to respond to the grant funded programmes.Full details are included in the document set.

Options: The Council has identified the following specific changes or modifications, some or all of which may occur over the life of the Contract:a) an increase or decrease in the number of units of accommodation being sourced during the initial term of the Contract;b) changes to size of units of accommodation being sourced during the initial term of the Contract;c) the requirement for the provision of additional units of accommodation beyond the initial term of the Contract through purchase and / or leasing arrangements;
Renewal: Option of extensions (2 x 12 month) depending on available/additional funding.
