Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust ("ICHT", the "Authority") is issuing this invitation for the procurement and appointment of an Architectural Design Team for The Fleming Centre, St Mary's Hospital, London.<br/><br/>This procurement will be run via a Competitive with Negotiation procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR").<br/><br/>The purpose of this procurement exercise is for the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT) to appoint an architectural design team to provide architectural and supporting specialist design services covering RIBA Stages 2-7 for their Fleming Centre project located at The Bays site, St Mary's Hospital, London.<br/><br/>The Fleming Centre, a collaborative initiative between the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT) and the Imperial College London (ICL), will be a major new contributor to the UK's vision that by 2040 antimicrobial resistance (AMR) will be effectively contained, controlled, and mitigated. It will be a place of discovery, innovation and, above all, the place that drives global change, from the birthplace of antibiotics at St. Mary's Hospital, where Sir Alexander Fleming first discovered penicillin. Potential Suppliers are required to register their interest at https://www.architecture.com/awards-and-competitions-landing-page/competitions-landing-page/the-fleming-centre by 12:00 noon, Wednesday, 7th August 2024.
Once registered, participants will be sent an individual unique secure link and unique registration number (URN) from RIBASubmit, where they will be able to download the competition documents and upload their submissions.
