This notice is for information only and does not constitute formal commencement of a procurement process. Surrey County Council Commissioners, along with Frimley ICBs and Surrey Heartlands ICB are looking to undertake a Dynamic Market Procurement approach under the Procurement Act 2023 to secure a contract with multiply providers. * Opportunities for Everyday Living - we want to work with providers to support people to live 'gloriously ordinary lives', by supporting and enabling people to follow their ambitions and aspirations. * We are looking to award contracts to multiple suppliers for the provision of - Opportunities for Everyday Living for working age adults with learning disabilities and / or autism, mental health, and people living with long term health conditions, physical disabilities and /or sensory impairments and people aged 65 years and over with eligible care act needs. It is intended that the opportunity will be published during early 2025, with a contract commencement date early 2026.

We want to support the councils 2030 Community Vision (Community vision for Surrey in 2030 - Surrey County Council (https://youtu.be/oDW9SqYbRJs) in which 'no one is left behind'. An element of the Vision is that communities are welcoming and supportive, especially of those most in need, and people feel able to contribute to community life. Surrey County Council have reviewed the current community-based services that support people with eligible social care needs to live active, full lives, within their communities. The identified needs for the provision of a range of outcomes-based community services that support people with their everyday life skills. The council is seeking to work with a range of service providers with experience and expertise in providing person centered and strength-based support to individuals from one or more of the following primary adult user groups of all ages : (may not be limited to) - Learning Disabilities - Physical Disabilities - Autism or other Neurodivergence - Mental Health - Sensory Impairment - Brain Injury / Neurological Condition - Multiple Diagnosis (of any of the above) Market Engagements There will be a series of commissioning market engagement events prior to the Tender being issued. The first commissioning event will be taking place during the morning of the 24 July 2024 via Teams. Businesses who would like to join the event should confirm attendance via the message function on Proactis, providing names and email addresses to receive a formal invite. Future commissioning market engagements events will be communicated at a later date. The event presentation will circulated via Proactis. Additional information: All request for information should be directed through the portal dialogue function.
