A paper was presented to the Kirklees ICB Committee on 8 May 2024 which set out a proposal to undertake an urgent contract modification to an existing contract to ensure continuity of service provision for the provision of Shared Care Prescribing, Level 1 Wound Care and Vitamin B12 injections (using the urgent contract award and modification provisions within the Provider Selection Regime). This was based on an indication from the Local Medical Committee (LMC) and the majority of practices choosing to no longer provide two Local Enhanced Services - Shared Care Prescribing and the Treatment Room Bundle. Contract modification term: 12 months with a 9 month option to extend (start date 1st July 2024)",
