This is a voluntary ex ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine intends to contract annually with Timberlake Consultants to provide an annual Stata License to both staff and students over the next four years. The estimated contract value over four years for the annual site license (including IC/SE) is around GBP 250 000. Maintenance renewal, perpetual licenses and upgrades costs are also included.

Procurement Information

LSHTM has used the STATA statistical software for over 20 years for education and research purposes. The software has been maintained annually with individual perpetual licenses being purchased as required. For 2024-044 LSHTM will be procuring an annual site license with the possibility that this will be extended in future years. Timberlake Consultants are the sole distributors of STATA licenses within the UK.
