The service will be able to meet a variety of different support needs, ensure positive outcomes which add value to the lives of people with a learning disability and deliver efficiencies in the way that support is provided. * The service specification for Lots 1 and 2 is for the provision of accommodation-based respite support, within the Cheshire East area. * The service will provide accommodation and support for adults with a learning disability who may display behaviour that challenges, including those with associated mental health conditions, autism or physical disabilities. The service(s) will be delivered at a building or buildings within easy access of the identified locations. * The service will be based on a short term supported living model and commissioned on a block contract basis (whether units are occupied or not) and not on usage",
