The Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and youth services), social services, highway maintenance, waste collection & waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning. The Council as the Lead Authority is seeking a supplier of Digital Magazines on behalf of the LibrariesWest Consortium (LWC) and Plymouth City Council.
