The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The decision makers can be contacted at PublicHealthHampshire@hants.gov.uk Conflicts of interest identified among the PSR Open Procurement Evaluation/Assessment Panel: 0 The relative importance of the key criteria that both of the relevant authorities used to make a decision was published as part of this procurement on 2nd October 2024. This criteria was used by the evaluation panel in choosing the provider for Lot 1 and Lot 2 in accordance with the published criteria.
