Notice Description
Please note suppliers who have completed the initial first stage SQ of this procurement will be issued an invitation to the ITT stage, suppliers who have not completed the SQ stage will not be invited to participate in the ITT. On behalf of Sunderland City Council, Knight Frank Promise is looking to appoint a service provider to deliver and maintain cleaning services. This the appointment will be to maintain the services at The Beam office building, Sunderland withservices with TUPE being involved.

Cleaning Services includeLabour Breakdown -Cleaners Areas to be cleaned: -Entrance Lift Lobbies -Corridors -Maintenance Kitchen - Staircases - Car Park - Atrium Floor - Toilets - Showers - Facilities office - Bike Store - Medical Room - Reception desk/ area - Vacant areas - Terrace - Internal Windows -External Windows Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually Services to include but not be limited to; Entrance, Reception, Meet & Greet Areas, Lift Lobbies & Corridors - Building Signs - Carpets & Rugs - Spillages - Sweep - Empty Wastebins -Wash waste bins Vacuum - Dust - Polish - Wipe - Spot Clean - Remove Scuff marks - Carry out slip testing Maintenance Office and Kitchen - Vacuum - Empty Waste Bin - Sweep - Mop Medical Room - Vaccum - Dust - Wipe - Carry out daily checks Main staircase, Fire Escape Siarcases & Landings - Litter Pick - Vacuume - Sweep - Mop - Dust - Check for spillages - Spot clean Entrance and terrace - Jet wash - Sweep - Litter pick Toilets - Polish Glass Mirrors - Clean Urinals - Toilets - Cubicles - Sweep - Mop - Empty Bins - Replace Consumables Showers - Polish glass mirrors - Sinks, surfaces, showers - Sweep - Mop Window Cleaning - Entrance doors - Window sills & ledges - Window frames -All external - Internal clean windows and steel work - Clean external windows, including cladding Other services - Order consumables - Empty Sanitary bins - Replace/ refill air fresheners
