Lot Information

Communal Cleaning Services

Red Kite Community Housing were seeking a single supplier to provide cleaning services to communal areas of our homes. Services were required during working hours and bidders were aware that some out of hours / emergency response works may be required occasionally. Additional information: The contract term is for an initial three years with 2x12 month extension options (to a maximum of 5 years), subject to performance and value for money.

Renewal: There will be the option of 2 x 12 month extension options which will be subject to satisfactory performance and value for money.

External Window Cleaning Services

Red Kite Community Housing were seeking a single supplier to provide external window cleaning services to communal areas of our homes.
