Notice Description

The Furnished Tenancy Scheme (FTS) has a requirement for the co-ordination, viewing, delivery and installation of carpet / floor coverings (including the removal of any old flooring, associated rubbish, waste, and packaging). FTS are seeking a suitable supplier who can supply and install a variety of 'Domestic' floor coverings, including underlay (where necessary) and associated fixtures e.g. door plates / gripper tracks. There may also be a requirement to re-hang / adjust internal doors following flooring install. Furthermore, to facilitate installation the successful supplier will on occasion need to move furniture. The successful supplier will be required to provide a quick turnaround, being able to accommodate both scheduled / unscheduled and out of hours (in exceptional circumstances) supply and installation service to tenanted homes throughout Stockport.
