    "description": "The award decision makers for the provision of East Berkshire Children and Young Peoples Therapy Services were:<br/>NHS Frimley ICB (Lead Commissioner)<br/>Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead LA (Associate Commissioner)<br/>Bracknell Forest LA (Associate Commissioner)<br/>Slough LA (Associate Commissioner).<br/><br/>There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.<br/><br/>The key criteria were weighted in accordance with requirements for the Children and Young Peoples Therapy Services and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust were successful when assessed against the key criteria.<br/><br/>This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
