Procurement of all building works necessary for the roof and facade refurbishment of the French Institute in London. Additional information: To participate to tender, candidates shall carry out a site visit to be arranged with the contact above-mentioned and submit the following documents as per this contract notice: To assess their tender: a.form of tender completed and signed in PDF format b.pricing document, completed in excel or equivalent format c.a note describing the candidate's organisation for this contract: joint/subcontractors involved and for each of them: scope of works and resources intended to be mobilised (workforce and material) (2 pages max) d.a method statement describing the candidate's understanding of the contract's main challenges and his plan to meet these challenges (2 pages max) e.CVs of the intended management team for this contract f.Expected programme of the works For their qualification: g.portfolio showing completed similar contracts (including completion year, scope of works, contract value, client contact details) h.financial statement showing turnover over the past 3 years i.anti-collusion statement j.statement that neither the candidate nor any joint/subcontractor is excluded from public procurement k.incorporation certificate l.insurance certificate m.bank details for payments As well as the link, information can be obtained from: guillaume.faivre@diplomatie.gouv.fr (client representative) and oliver.garsed-bennet@consultconstruct.co.uk (contract administrator)
