Notice Description
L&Q are looking to procure contracts for the servicing and maintenance of it's passenger and mobility lifts. The service will be divided into four geographic lots for passenger lifts, and four geographic lots for mobility lifts, based in London, the Southeast and the Northwest. The contract is split in to 8 lots which are detailed below Passenger Lifts (Group A) Lot 1 - North East & East Lot 2 - North, West & South West Lot 3 - South, South East & Thames - Lot 4 - North West Mobility Lifts/Lifting Equipment (Group B) Lot 5 - North East & East Lot 6 - North, West & South West Lot 7-South, South East & Thames Lot 8 - North West

Lot 1 North East & East London
London & Quadrant Housing Trust are looking to appoint contractors for the following areas of work. Servicing on a fully comprehensive agreement with repairs & callouts for passenger lifts
Options: London & Quadrant Housing Trust shall incorporate into the contract terms the right to extend each contract to cover other Lots in the event of contractor failure in those Lots.
Lot 2 North, West & South West LondonLondon & Quadrant Housing Trust are looking to appoint contractors for the following areas of work. Servicing on a fully comprehensive agreement with repairs & callouts for passenger lifts
