To allow for the implementation of pending changes and prepare for a competitive procurement process in 2026 the Relevant Authority intends to award a contract to an existing provider under Direct Award C of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This contract will be for a period on 1-year to commence on 01 April 2025 and end on 31 March 2026. The annual contract value is 1507212 GBP.",
