Notice Description
Hull City Council has appointed Integrated Water Services Limited to to undertake a programme of regular monthly monitoring for legionella, as directed, at Hull City Council corporate property estate sites, and at Housing sites. The opportunity was utilising a mini-competition process through the ESPO Framework 198_25 Legionella Monitoring and Risk Re-Assessment Services Lot 3. The annual spend is PS343,241.98. Total expected spend for the whole contract including the 24-month extension is PS1716209.9. The contract is awarded for the period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract by up to 24 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods and Housing and subject to satisfactory performance.

"performanceTerms": "ESPO shall monitor the financial stability of the awarded Service Providers during the period of the Framework Agreement by reference to credit ratings agency reports. ESPO shall obtain a credit score (determined by the use of a credit rating agency) for the Service Provider on or before the Framework start date as a base score and where a significant change in the credit score is identified over the life of the Framework, ESPO reserves the right to investigate the reasons for this significant change. Depending on the severity of the changes, it will be at the sole discretion of ESPO to suspend or even permanently remove the Service Provider from the Framework. ESPO shall monitor the Service Providers' performance against the set framework key performance indicators. MI and rebate to be collected six-monthly."
