The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 16:00 on 13 September 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. There are no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision related to this award. However, prior to the project commencing, when forming the project group, one conflict of interest was identified, therefore this person did not participate in the process and was excluded. In reviewing the Key Criteria, Quality and Innovation is considered the most important, followed by value and improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice due to the nature of the services provided.",
