Framework Agreement for Supported Accommodation of Children 16-18
Notice Description
Swansea Council is hosting an information day for organisations interested in delivering supported accommodation services for children aged 16-18. Date/time: Tuesday 24th September 2024 at 2.00pm LOCATION: The Guildhall, Guildhall Road, Swansea SA1 4PE (Common Room 5)
Lot Information
Lot 1
The Council is looking to refresh the framework agreement for Supported Accommodation Services for children aged16-18. The refresh will allow organisations to tender for a place on the framework. Successful providers will deliver high-quality support to those in need. The framework agreement has separate lots that offer the Council the flexibility to commission services that are effective at supporting individuals with a range of needs. The Council anticipates occasionally using the framework to enter contracts where the framework provider has been able to secure accommodation to be used in the delivery of the service. However, there will be other instances where the call-off process will be clear that the accommodation has been sourced separately. The Council is therefore interested in hearing from organisations that have the capacity to source accommodation and those that do not. The Council would like to invite providers of Supported Accommodation services to take part in our Information Day. The purpose of this event will be: To share information the Council has collated on Supported Accommodation services that has helped shape its plans. To outline our potential procurement strategy Provide information on the next steps and timescales Registration Details: The event will be held on Tuesday 24th September 2024 at 2.00pm - 4.00pm Please register your interest by emailing melvyn.davies@swansea.gov.uk by 4.00pm on 19th September 2024
