The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 17th September. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Written representations need to be sent via the Atamis e-tendering portal, Project Reference: C292188 - MSP Intention Notice: East Barnwell Health Centre<br/><br/>The award decision makers are NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board, the Most Suitable Provider process was approved by Primary Care Commissioning Sub-Committee of the NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board and Procurement Panel.<br/><br/>No conflicts of interest were flagged as part of this process.<br/><br/>The Key Criteria were weighted as follows;<br/>*Quality & Innovation - 32.50%<br/>*Value - 15.00%<br/>*Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability - 22.50%<br/>*Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - 20.00%<br/>*Social Value - 10.00%<br/><br/>The weightings for the 5 key criteria were determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to each of the sections equally in line with the commissioning expectations for the service. The key criteria were all deemed to be off equal importance and were used to assess the providers performance accordingly.<br/><br/>Following assessment of the providers against the key criteria above, Malling Health UK Ltd was deemed to be the most suitable provider for this requirement.",
