NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract to Malling Health UK Ltd for the Provision of Primary Medical Services for East Barnwell Health Centre following a robust Most Suitable Provider Process. The contract shall commence on 10 October 2024 and end on 09 October 2034.
This is a 7 year contract (Contract value PS7,764,179.12) with the option to extend for a further 3 years (Contract Value: PS3,327,505.34). The lifetime contract value is estimated to be PS11,091,684.46.
This is an existing service and has been awarded to a new supplier. The initial term of the contract is from the 10 October 2024 to 09 October 2031, there is an optional extension available for up to 36 months.
The contract will be awarded to to Malling Health UK Ltd following a robust Most Suitable Provider Process under the Provider Selection Regime Regulations.
The award criteria is the Most Suitable Provider Process Key Selection Criteria, with a weighting of 100.
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 17th September. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
