Notice Description
Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) are seeking Expressions of Interest from Community Pharmacies who are willing be commissioned to open on the 3 following days: Wednesday 25th December 2024, Thursday 26th December 2024 and Wednesday 1st January in Norfolk and Waveney. There is a PS1000 payment which is based on 4 hours of opening. This form will close at 18:00 on 14th September 2024 and no further request will be considered after this date. Please note even if you have completed a previous Expression of Interest for bank holiday opening you MUST complete this form in order to be considered for this additional bank holiday commissioning. Please apply via the following link https://forms.office.com/e/91RprnmBCx This form must be completed by 18:00 on 14th September . No applications will be received after this date.
