This Contract is for the Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Roller Shutters and Automatic Doors, Gates and Barriers situated at various sites across the borough of Halton.
Renewal: There is a one 12 month extension option, beyond the initial three year contract period, to be given at the discretion of Council 1st March 2028 to 28th February 2029. Please note: the estimated contract value of 260,000 is based on the extension option being given. If the extension is not offered then the estimated contract value could reduce to approx. 195,000. There is no guarantee regarding these figures and not all work is known at this time so the figures in this notice are purely estimate
