Notice Description
Framework for the Design, Measure, Supply & Installation of: Lot 1 Aluminium Windows, Doors & Curtain Walling, Lot 2 PVCu, Doors & Curtain Walling and Lot 3 Associated Ancillaries 2024 Durham County Council makes no guarantee that they will be awarded any call off and no guarantee is in respect of any volume of Services/Works under any such call off agreements. A rebate retrospective of 1% will be collected and will be based on all business transacted under this Framework. This Framework will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council. Social Value applies to this Framework and Call offs. It is anticipated to have 3 suppliers on Lot 1 and Lot 2 these bidders will automatically be awarded a place for Lot 3 Associated Ancillaries of which there could be a maximum of 6 Page 4 to 9 suppliers appointed on the framework for Lot 3. The framework is for 2 years with an option to extend up to a further 2 x 12 months Any spend is approximate and applies to the full framework (not individual spend) for the duration of the Framework
