Notice Description
Hull City Council (The Authority) is sought tenders from interested organisations to provide SENDIASS and SEN Disagreement Resolution and Mediation services. The tender was an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is to commence 1st April 2025 ending by 31st March 2028 with an option to extend for a period of two 12-month periods.
Lot Information
SENDIASS
LOT 1: To provide statutory services which provide information, advice and support to parents and carers of children and young people who have, or may have, special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities; and young people themselves.
Options: Option to extend the contract by two 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of Hull City Council.
Renewal: Option to extend the contract by two 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of Hull City Council.
SEN Disagreement Resolution & MediationLOT 2: For the provision of an independent third party mediation and dispute resolution service, which can be accessed in cases where disagreements have arisen over the support given to children / young people with special education needs
Options: Option to extend the contract by two 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of Hull City Council.
