The key criteria of value for money received the highest weighting, followed by key criteria of reducing health inequalities, facilitating choice, integration with existing integrated lifestyle services and health care services, collaboration and service sustainability. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the most suitable provider process. Rationale for Decision: The successful organisation making a representation demonstrated it's ability to mobilise quickly and effectively with a projection of quit numbers in line with the service specification (value for money). The successful organisation also demonstrated more comprehensively how relationships would be built and maintained with healthcare professionals and the wider Integrated Lifestyle Service (collaboration).
