The Ministry of Defence in Bristol, United Kingdom, has issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) titled "C-UAS Prior Information Notice (PIN) #3," focused on the industry category of Electronic Warfare Systems and Counter Measures (CPV 35730000). This notice is part of the "planning" stage of the procurement process and aims to provide information to industry partners about upcoming UAS/C-UAS activities. Interested parties should register their interest by 22 November 2024, and attendance is limited to two representatives per company, requiring active SC-level security clearance.

This PIN presents a significant opportunity for businesses, particularly Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), involved in electronic warfare systems and air defence radar, to engage with the Ministry of Defence and stay informed about future procurement activities. Companies interested in expanding their footprint in the defence sector are encouraged to attend these briefings to gain critical insights. By expressing interest, businesses can position themselves favourably for potential future contracts and collaborations. Suitable candidates are those with existing security clearances and expertise in the specified domain, thus underscoring the importance of registering on the MOD Supplier Information Database (SID).
