The role of the service is to deliver the Healthy Child Programme 5-19, working directly with children, young people (5-19 years old) and their families to improve health and wellbeing outcomes. The service will work very closely with schools and other services as appropriate to identify and respond to needs. East Sussex County Council are intending to award the contract to an existing provider following Provider Selection Regime direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS10,291,000 including extensions. The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend for up to 24 months.
