**CONTRACT AWARD***<br/><br/>A further competition has been undertaken against the ESPO Framework 83_25 Provision of Ambient, Chilled and Fresh Food items Framework, under Lot 1.<br/>The tender has been evaluated and awarded as per the evaluation tender set out in the ITT documentation.<br/><br/>This contract is for the provision of various items that are ordered by Patient shops including Ambient food items, chilled items and general grocery items.<br/><br/>The contract is for the period 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2027, but has options to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 months, meaning the final possible expiry date is 28 February 2029. The estimated contract value on this notice includes the extension years.

Lot 1 - Ambient, Chilled and Fresh Foods

**CONTRACT AWARD***

A further competition has been undertaken against the ESPO Framework 83_25 Provision of Ambient, Chilled and Fresh Food items Framework, under Lot 1.
The tender has been evaluated and awarded as per the evaluation tender set out in the ITT documentation.

This contract is for the provision of various items that are ordered by Patient shops including Ambient food items, chilled items and general grocery items.

The contract is for the period 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2027, but has options to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 months, meaning the final possible expiry date is 28 February 2029. The estimated contract value on this notice includes the extension years.

Options: Option to extend this contract for a further 2 x 12 month period.

Lot 2 - Frozen Foods

Suppliers under this Lot will be able to supply and deliver a wide range of frozen food goods.

Options: The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated in II.1.7 includes the option period. Note: Individual award values per lot are captured in this notice as the maximum amount for the entire framework, as ESPO offers no guarantees or estimates of value that may pass through any lot (but the overall usage across all lots is not expected to exceed the overall framework value as per II.1.7).

Lot 3 - Ambient, Chilled, Fresh and Frozen Foods

Supply and delivery of ambient, chilled, fresh and frozen food goods.
