The Authority intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). High level outcomes which the service is expected to make a direct contribution to: * Reducing the proportion of people experiencing social isolation * Reducing the proportion of people experiencing loneliness * Reducing the proportion of people with low self-reported wellbeing * Reducing the level of health inequalities in the borough Contract start date: 1 November 2024 Contract end date: 31 October 2030 Option to extend: None Total contract value: PS3,900,000 (PS650,000 per annum) Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under Direct Award Process C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 18/10/2024 via email to: James.England@Oldham.gov.uk
