The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on 22nd October 2024. This decision has been made by the Cabinet Member for Health, Social Care and Wellbeing, in accordance with Haringey Council's governance processes, on 26th September 2024. No conflicts of interest were identified. The existing provider's performance has been assessed taking into account established key criteria. Varied weighting was applied to reflect the relative importance of each criterion. 2 of the 5 key criteria were balanced with equal priority of 30% and considered on this basis. A weighting of 20% was applied to another criterion and 10% was applied to each of the remaining 2 criterion including social value. The Council is satisfied with the existing provider's performance and is of the view that the provider will be able to satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard.",
