Notice Description

The service will be an integrated referral system delivered alongside TEWV's Darlington Mental Health Peer Support Project. A parent led forum made up of parents of children and young people ages 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and or Disabilities. The Mental Health Peer Support Project proposal has been developed in partnership with parent carers. The service will provide peer support to parents through a confidential, listening, and supportive group. One of the strengths of parent carer forums is they have autonomy in how they listen and gain feedback from and work to engage with parents and carers. Working with the MHST clinician's the service will ensure best outcomes for the families supported providing an early intervention and prevention service alongside mainstream secondary services.

You must include: - description of the services to be provided; - a statement that you are intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C; and - the approximate lifetime value of the contract. You should also include the dates between which the services are intended to be provided, if known.

Options: plus 2 years maximum
