The interim and temporary accommodation will be provided to homeless households nominated by the Council in accordance with homelessness legislation.

Options: There is an option to exercise an extension offer for an additional 24 month period following expiry of the initial term.

Renewal: There is an option to exercise an extension offer for an additional two years. This contract will also be subject to renewal at the end of the extension period or initial term.
