This contract award has been made following Direct Award Process A (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 7) Value: Lifetime Value: PS735,623,116 (per annum PS367,811,588) (Surrey Heartlands ICB, Sussex ICB, South East London ICB, KEnt and Medway ICB and South West London ICB) 1 year contract + 1 year extension. The contract will start on 01/04/2024 and end 31/03/2025
