Notice Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands (The Commissioners) are awarding Contracts for the following Lots following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>Lot 1 - School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland <br/><br/>Lot 3 - School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) in Northamptonshire <br/><br/>The service commencement date for both Lots is 1st April 2026 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years until 31 March 2031. Note this is a change to the originally advertised commencement date due to a representation being received.
Lot Information
Lot 1: Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
NHS England - Midlands intend to award a contract to Leicestershire Partnership Trust for the Provision of School Aged Immunisation Service for Lot 1: Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland following a robust Competitive Process.
The contract will be for a duration of 3 years initial term with an extension period of up to 2 Years.
The service commencement date is 1 September 2025 and shall run until 31 August 2028.
The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is PS5, 211, 173.95
This is an existing service and has been awarded to an existing supplier.
Options: 3 years initial term with an extension period of up to 2 Years
Lot 2: LincolnshireLot 2: Lincolnshire has not been awarded.
Options: Option to extend contract for a further 2 years following initial 3 year term.
Lot 3: NorthamptonshireNHS England - Midlands intend to award a contract to Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for the Provision of School Aged Immunisation Service for Lot 3: Northamptonshire following a robust Competitive Process.
The contract will be for a duration of 3 years initial term with an extension period of up to 2 Years.
The service commencement date is 1 September 2025 and shall run until 31 August 2028.
The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is PS3, 649, 900.37.
This is an existing service and has been awarded to an existing supplier.
