Summary of the contracting process

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has extended its contract for Hard Facilities Management Services (North), originally signed on 15th November 2017 with Mitie FM Ltd, till 30th September 2026. The extension period of 6 months is necessary to ensure continuity of critical services amidst the implementation of the Property Transformation Programme (PTP). This process, which covers the provision of building and facilities management services, is scheduled to undergo further procurement activities starting in November 2024. The contract extension, regulated by the PCR, involves additional services for technical and economic reasons.
