Notice Description
The "Council" invited interested parties ("Suppliers") to participate in a tender exercise to establish a Contract for the Provision of Occupational Health Physician. The suitably qualified and experienced provider of an Occupational Health Physician was required to provide the services described in the Tender Specification via the in-house Occupational Health Service. The Occupational Health Service is comprised of an Occupational Health Physician, Occupational Health Nurse Advisors, Physiotherapist and a Business Support Team. The service is managed by the Occupational Health Team Manager on a day-to-day basis and provides a service to the Authority's employees and a range of Public Sector partners, totalling in the region of 10,000 individuals working across a wide range of trades and professions: including manual and administrative services.

Additional information: Initial term of two (2) years with a possible extension of a further year
Renewal: The contract will be retendered in two years subject to funding.
