PRN1036: Planning Consultancy Services
Notice Description
The proposed contract is for the provision of a range of planning consultancy services including: * Feasibility Stage: providing concept overview of planning issues and risks for potential sites against legal, environmental and regulatory constraints * Pre Application Stage: advising on the layout and design of buildings, planning objectives, scope and impact, and preparation of planning statements; including evaluation of consultant and/or contractor design submissions * Post Application Stage: monitoring of applications and liaison with consultees to expedite approval; preparation of any required rebuttal statements; responding to any objections raised; confirmation of discharge of planning conditions by designers * General Planning Advice: advising on various planning issues arising that may have an impact on the CA's current or future housing schemes. Further details of the services which will be required are set out in document 02 SI Service Information.
