    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 05th February 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Written representations need to be sent via the Atamis e-tendering portal, Project Reference: C317141 - MSP: Enhanced Health in Care Homes (EHCH) for NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB.<br/><br/>The award decision makers are NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB, the Most Suitable Provider process was approved by Primary Care Commissioning Committee of the NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB.<br/><br/>No conflicts of interest were flagged as part of this process.<br/><br/>The Key Criteria are listed below in order of priority;<br/>* (1) Quality & Innovation<br/>* (2) Value*<br/>* (2) Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability*<br/>* (3) Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice<br/>* (4) Social Value<br/>*Value and Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability are of equal importance in this MSP process.<br/><br/>The 5 key criteria were determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to each of the sections in line with the commissioning expectations for the service. The key criteria were used to assess the providers suitability accordingly.<br/><br/>Following assessment of the providers against the key criteria above, Stort Valley Healthcare Ltd was deemed to be the most suitable provider for this requirement.",
