Provision of Tier 2 Community Family Support Service
Notice Description
The council are seeking to commission a Tier 2 Community Family Support Service that will deliver Whole Family Support and provide support early on for Families with children aged 0-19years (up to 25 for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The Family's needs will be varied and require support at Tier 2 of the Staffordshire Safeguarding Childrens Board Threshold (available on the safeguarding boards website). The support provided is intended to identify and build upon the Families' strengths to improve the life of the Family, grow their independence and resilience, and avoid reliance on services. The Service will consider the needs and strengths of the whole Family and be delivered through a Lead Worker model. Note that where there is any reference to a specific branded name of a product, service, accreditation etc the Authority welcomes Suppliers to offer a fully equivalent substitute.
