This contract is to undertake a "catch up" programme for NHS Health Checks impacted on by the COVID-19 pandemic, undertaking activity for GP's who continue to have reduced capacity to deliver NHS Health Checks, or have prioritized other healthcare services for direct, internal delivery. This is an activity-based contract.

The authority is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) direct award process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS115,000. The contract is estimated to start 20/09/2027 and is for an initial period of up to 31/03/2027, with two optional extensions of one year each.
