The project is a partnership with Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) Housing Association who will receive capital funding separately to deliver 20 homes. As such, the project is aligned with the Tower Hamlets Strategic Plan 2022-26: * Priority 2: Homes for the Future o Work with developers and housing associations to deliver a minimum of 1000 social homes for rent per annum o Develop strategies to house the homeless (including, as a priority, to house street sleepers) Contract for an initial period of three years beginning 01/04/25, with the option to extend for two further one year periods",
