In order to qualify for theses opportunities Providers will need to apply for, or had previously been successful, on our Care and Support in you Home Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System(DPS) on Home, Community and Partnership Lots. Providers are able to apply for the Pseudo DPS via Supplying the South West e-tendering portal under reference number DN744342. It is anticipated the tendering stage for Reablement Services will be live to the market in 2026 Please note that in order for Providers to be awarded a Reablement Contract they will need to have been successful on Home, Community and Partnership Lots of the Care and Support in your home Pseudo DPS.
