For Palliative Care:- Pharmacies recruited to provide this service will be paid an annual retainer / professional fee of PS50 (VAT not applicable) following receipt of the signed contract and associated service set-up documentation (Appendix 2) plus a payment to cover additional costs associated with any changes to the required stock list or quantity of stock required and reimbursement at the end of the year to cover any date-expired stock. For Avain Flu and CH Outbreak:- Upon signature of a returned contract and PGDs the Pharmacy will receive an annual payment of PS400 to agree to maintain readiness to provide the service. The retainer fee will also cover the readiness for the supply of antivirals via PSD in the event of an outbreak of Influenza in care homes. The relevant authority intends to award this contract under the Direct Award Process A under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Contract Start Date: 12/11/2024 Contract End Date: 31/03/2025 This is an existing service. This is an existing provider.
