Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor / contractors to deliver their Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the North West Region of its portfolio.The Kitchens an Bathrooms will be procured as two separate Lots and contractors are invited to bid for both Lots if applicable.The successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 1 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performanceAll correspondence must be done via the In-tend e-Sourcing portal, emails will not be responded to.https://in-tendhost.co.uk/accenthousing/Accent Housing Ltd is an English Registered Provider of Social Housing.
